By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service.

Please provide clear references and instructions when placing your order.

I may post completed commissions on my portfolio, social media, and commission galleries unless otherwise agreed upon before work begins.

These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The version in effect when a commission is accepted will apply to that commission.

All payments are processed via Vgen.

I require either full payment before work begins or a 50% upfront deposit.

I will not begin work on your commission until I have received at least 50% of the total payment.

You are entitled to two major revisions during the sketch phase.

Any revisions requested after the lineart stage, or changes that differ substantially from the original concept, may incur an additional fee.

Turnaround time generally ranges from 1–6 weeks, depending on the commission type and my schedule. I will provide weekly progress updates throughout the process.

Estimated completion dates may be affected by workload, personal circumstances, or unforeseen events. If significant delays occur, I will inform you as soon as possible.

All commissions are for personal use only.

You may upload or display the artwork on personal websites and social media accounts, provided that I am credited whenever reasonably possible and the artwork is not altered beyond basic cropping or resizing.

You may not use my artwork in connection with blockchain technologies, including NFTs, cryptocurrencies, or any current or future technologies.

You may not use my artwork for AI training, AI-generated content, machine learning datasets, image-generation systems, or any current or future AI-related technologies.
